We aim to not only make your life as easy as possible from a case processing standpoint, but also provide tools and assistance to grow case size and develop into new markets.

  • Carrier & Product Selection: Our financial professionals enjoy top-of-industry payouts and product options with over 20 of the top insurance carriers. In order to help financial professionals sift through a number of different carrier choices, we run competitive analysis, illustrations, and product education. In addition to quantitative product differences, we also help advisors determine which carriers are going to offer the best client experience and ease of doing business.
  • Contracting & Licensing: Once you know what you would like to show a client, the next step is to get your contracting in place. We have a centralized contracting portal where you will only have to upload information into the system once, which takes no more than a few minutes. From there, each time you have a contracting request, you’ll complete a quick review of the carrier-specific compliance questions and after a few clicks your contracting is submitted to the carrier for the appointment.
  • Pre-submission Underwriting & Unusual Designs: One of the most satisfying aspects of protection work is to be able to serve a client that has medical or lifestyle issues or has unusual case needs (foreign national, death benefit needs above retention levels). We have an internal underwriting team that has access to each carrier’s underwriting handbook and can direct you to the best fit for your client or save the trouble of an application if it just isn’t going to be possible. 
  • Case Processing: From the moment you submit an application via our consolidated multi-carrier e-application portal, our case processing team will scrub the application and prepare the data for final carrier submission as well as enter it into our tracking database. They will then coordinate with the carrier’s case manager on all underwriting communication as well as order medical exams, labs, and records. They will handhold the application all the way through policy issuance and delivery.
  • Commissions: Any cases written with our top 10 “Premier Partner” carriers will have the opportunity to earn a 5-15% premium bonus in addition to these already top tier payouts. Additionally, our compensation specialist will make sure your commissions end up in your bank account. If you run into any issues, we will handle all the communications to get it resolved.
  • Staff Training: If your staff processes applications or underwriting follow-up, we can hold one-on-one training sessions to teach them how to use and interact with our platform. 
  • Advanced Planning: We offer training on as well as facilitate advanced case design in the business owner, estate planning, and premium finance markets. 
  • Other Insurance Protection: In addition to life insurance brokerage, we help advisors process disability and long-term care insurance, as well as have a referral agreement with our sister company, PCRG Insurance LLC, who specializes in property and casualty insurance.

As Vice President of Insurance & Advanced Planning, Zach acts as department head for ARG’s insurance services. In addition to managing the team, Zach also works directly with advisors on pre-sale and pre-submission issues, including carrier selection, case design, and underwriting queries. He also helps advisors develop knowledge and sales opportunities within the insurance advanced markets, such as business planning, estate planning & trust-owned, as well as premium finance.
