Our cultural values are simple.

We believe advisors get into this career to build better lives for themselves, their family, and the communities around them. We also believe they want to have fun while doing it. We want the same things and our culture reflects that.

Our central tenets are:

Shared Knowledge

Shared Knowledge

Many of our advisors treat each other like family. Friendly competition abounds; meanwhile knowledge and best practices are shared freely in the spirit of mutual growth. We believe that by giving of our unique talents within the firm, we in turn benefit from the talents of our colleagues. A dedication to continued education is also a core value, and many of our advisors have advanced level designations such as the CFP®, MSFS®, and American College certificates.

Community Leadership

Community Leadership

We engage regularly in community stewardship, both on an organizational level and individual level, and regularly celebrate the achievements within charitable and community causes by our advisors. We participate on an organizational level in a number of events to benefit the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, including cooking breakfast for the SCCA House, participating in “In for the Hutch” and the “Obliteride,” and occupying sitting board seats.

Fun!

Fun!

We only get one shot at this life, and all of our advisors celebrate the joys of small business ownership and working amongst friends. In our minds, all of this goes hand-in-hand to create a fulfilling work/life balance, while also fostering growth in business performance. To help accentuate our dedication to having fun, we regularly hold both business related events and competitions, as well as outside events with families and kids, such as our golf tournament, bowling night, call day, and celebration dinner.
